Since April 2026, the family-owned group (22 hotels) has been relying on the revenue management agency to structure its commercial strategy across the group and support its expansion.
Immovation, a family-owned hotel group founded 35 years ago by Alain Fournier, has entrusted Lewys with the commercial support of its hotels. The partnership, launched in April 2026, covers revenue management 7 days a week, the structuring of the commercial architecture, distribution, and the harmonisation of the group's technology ecosystem.
A meeting of cultures
Immovation is still led by its founder, Alain Fournier, surrounded by his family. This family culture is anything but abstract: decisions are made quickly, often face to face, and the group has stayed close to the people who keep its hotels running day to day. Thirty-five years after it started out, Immovation above all retains an undiminished appetite for growth: 22 hotels today, and a firm intention to keep growing.
Lewys fully shares this entrepreneurial passion. Day to day, communication is direct, the teams work closely together and both companies hold the same high standards for the quality of the work delivered. A shared spirit of entrepreneurs and business builders, driven by the determination to build and grow for the long term.
Management 7 days a week, a group-wide strategy
The aim of the collaboration is to align the commercial strategy of the group's hotels while preserving each one's identity. Lewys works as a partner embedded in the hotel and head office teams across several areas:
- Dynamic revenue management 7 days a week: continuous adjustment of pricing strategies according to demand, booking pace, events and market opportunities.
- Harmonisation of the technology ecosystem: aligning tools (PMS, channel manager, payment solutions) and defining the group's commercial priorities.
- Close ties with on-site teams: rolling out actions tailored to each market (business overnight packages, packages, group quotations) and turning analysis into operational action.
Results from the very first season
Just a few months after launch, several hotels are already posting record performances, notably in Brittany, where a 3-star hotel achieved a RevPAR of €239.
“Over the past two years, we have had to make decisions on several strategic issues that fast-growing SMEs naturally face. Among them, given our business as hoteliers: revenue management. We quickly saw that Lewys shared our vision of partnership. Beyond their expertise, it is their way of working that suits us: closeness, an ability to listen and to challenge us, responsiveness, agility and real commitment to our teams. Communication is simple and direct, and everyone keeps sight of the goal of moving the hotels forward. The first results, particularly in Brittany, are very encouraging.”
Germain de Lajartre, Deputy Managing Director of the Immovation group
“This partnership is first and foremost the story of a meeting. At Immovation we found entrepreneurs who share our way of working: moving fast, staying close to operations and setting high standards for quality. Our role is to put our commercial and revenue management expertise at the service of this momentum, 7 days a week.”
Vincent Soulier, co-founder of Lewys
As it continues to expand its portfolio, Immovation intends to preserve the agility that is its strength while gradually structuring its organisation. Lewys will support this growth, evolving its methods and tools at the same pace.
